Besidekin

One small thing a day, together. Besidekin helps parents bring English into everyday routines with their child (ages 0–5). You do not need to be fluent. It is built Vietnamese-first, for parents who are not native English speakers.

How it works

Pick one routine you already share with your child, like bath time. Each week the app gives you three to five English phrases for exactly that moment, with the Vietnamese meaning, a pronunciation tip and audio. Listen for a minute, put the phone away, and talk to your child. In the evening, tap once to record how it went. At the end of the week and the month, the app shows what has grown, for your child and for you.

What makes it different

Parents are the users, not the child. There is no screen designed for a toddler to tap, because young children learn language from people far more than from screens. No scores, no streaks, no comparison with other children. Missing a few days is normal. Your child's data stays on your device. No account is needed, and anonymous usage data is optional and off by default.

Also in the app

Glance mode (three big phrases while you are with your child), "What to say when…" for the unexpected, songs with lyrics and music you can play with the screen off, a word garden that only grows, and a journal that writes itself half-way.
