Delete your Thợ Cam account and data

An account is optional in Thợ Cam. If you created one, you can delete it and the data linked to it yourself.

How to request deletion

1. In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
2. On the web: sign in at thocam.kaifuz.com with the same Google or Apple account and choose Delete account.
3. Cannot sign in? Email privacy@kaifuz.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

• your account, its sign-in sessions and your device records;
• your email address from your activation codes;
• the linked RevenueCat customer (we ask RevenueCat to delete it).

What is kept

• purchase and order records needed for accounting, kept without your email address;
• the store purchase record that RevenueCat keeps so purchases can be restored;
• security logs of sign-ins, kept to prevent abuse.

Data that is only on your device

Jobs, customers, plans, photos, reports and saved logins stay on your device and are never sent to us. Delete a job inside the app, or remove everything by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.

Reports you sent to us

Reports sent from the app are deleted automatically after 180 days. To have one removed sooner, email privacy@kaifuz.com.
