LazyFit

LazyFit is a free iPhone app for short standing workouts, operated by Kaifuz Studio. It is built so that nothing about you needs to leave your phone. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDK, and the app makes no network requests of its own.

1. What stays on your device

Everything LazyFit keeps is stored locally on your iPhone:

Workout sessions — a record of each completed workout, such as when it happened, how long it was and the reps counted, stored with Apple's SwiftData on the device. They power your streak and week view.
Settings — your preferences and reminder times, stored in UserDefaults. A small part is kept in an App Group container that is shared only with LazyFit's own Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, so they can show your progress and start a workout.

We do not have a server that receives this data, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it (workouts you chose to save to Apple Health stay in Health until you remove them there). If you use iCloud or device backups, your data is included in those backups under Apple's own terms, the same as any other app's local data.

2. Motion sensors

LazyFit reads your iPhone's motion sensors during a workout to count your reps, keep the tempo, and notice when you set the phone down or pick it up. This data is processed live, on the device, while you exercise. It is not stored and is not sent anywhere.

3. Apple Health (optional)

Apple Health access is off until you turn it on in LazyFit and grant permission in Apple's Health prompt. If you do:

Read: LazyFit reads your body weight only, to estimate the calories burned in a session. It reads nothing else from Health.
Write: each completed session is saved to Health as a workout, together with its estimated active energy.

Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, is never shared with anyone, and never leaves your device except through Apple's own Health sync, which Apple controls. You can revoke LazyFit's access at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > LazyFit.

4. Notifications

Workout reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone by the app. They are not push notifications and involve no server. You can change or turn them off in LazyFit or in iOS Settings.

5. Live Activities and widgets

The Live Activity, Dynamic Island and widgets are drawn on your device from the same local data described above. Nothing is sent to us to display them.

6. What we do not do

No account or sign-in.
No analytics, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs, and no advertising.
No sale or sharing of data — there is no data on our side to share.
No camera use.

7. Children

LazyFit does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Changes to this policy

If LazyFit's handling of data ever changes, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change ships.
