KaiPlay (formerly BabyVocab) is a vocabulary app for young children and their parents, on iOS and Android. It has no ads, no accounts and no behavioral profiling, and everything a parent can change or buy sits behind a parent gate.

1. Data stored on your device

Your child's progress, learning-language choice and parent settings are stored only on your device. KaiPlay has no account or sign-in, and we do not receive your child's name, age, photos, voice or play history.

2. What leaves your device

Purchases (KaiPlay Pro). Optional subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, to confirm what has been bought. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase and subscription history, and device or platform identifiers. We do not send it your name or email, and it is used only to unlock and restore Pro. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Content updates. The app may download new vocabulary content from our servers. This is an ordinary web request, so our hosting provider sees the IP address like any website does; we do not link it to a person or to your child.

KaiPlay contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no social features, and does not use the microphone or camera.

3. Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K aware)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Nothing in the child's play area links out or offers a purchase: settings, the paywall and external links are reachable only through a long-press and a parent gate. Soothe mode and learning time are not used to drive streaks, rewards or notifications.

4. Parent gate & settings

Parent Zone, session limits, language settings and every purchase screen are protected by a parent gate to prevent accidental use by children.

5. Your choices

Uninstalling KaiPlay removes the data stored on your device. To ask about or request deletion of the anonymous purchase record associated with your device, contact us at the address below.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for material changes, note them in the app's store listing.
